LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is by and between MELLANOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD., an Israeli corporation ("Mellanox" and “Licensor”) and , a corporation (“Licensee,” “you” or “your”) and is effective from the last date signed below (the “Effective Date”), and will expire at the expiration of the “Evaluation Term,” as defined herein. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions by which you are permitted to access and use the “Mellanox Software” and any “Documentation” that are provided to you pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
