You and Expedia are entering into this Expedia Lodging Agreement (the “Agreement”) which will be effective on the date notified to you by Expedia after the Agreement has been processed. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions on which Expedia may make rooms provided by you under this Agreement available for booking by guests through the Expedia System. Your Agreement includes the Special Terms and the General Terms.
