day of January 2022 (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF ELY, Nevada, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (hereinafter referred to as “the City”), and COMMNET OF NEVADA, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, including Commnet Nevada, Subco, LLC, and any and all other wholly owned subsidiaries of Commnet of Nevada, LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Grantee”). The City and Grantee may also be collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” or, individually, as a “Party.”
