IN CONSIDERATION of the Kiwanis Club of Brandon Inc. and its Kar derby, (hereinafter called "the release") allowing our son/daughter, to participate in the 2014 Kiwanis Kar Derby, in Brandon, Manitoba on May 31st , 2014 or June 1st , 2014, we, the undersigned, do hereby release, indemnify and agree to save harmless the releasees their heirs and executors, administrators and assigns, from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims and demands whatsoever which we ever had, now have or which we, our heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns hereafter may have against the releasees by reason of, or arising out of our son/daughter participating in the said Kiwanis Kar Derby. We understand that while every precaution is being taken by the Releasee to prevent injury and damage to the participants, our son/daughter could be injured.
