Annex No. 1 to the Agreement for Voluntary Insurance of Travellers in UkraineAugust 18th, 2020
By signing (paying) this Insurance Agreement the Insured (Insured Person) provided to the Insurer full, unlimited, irrevocable consent for collection and processing of its personal data according to the Ukrainian laws on protection of personal data for provision of realisation of relations in the sphere of insurance and the Insurer’s insurance and related financial and economic activity according to the current laws of Ukraine, which regulate such activity. This processing may also be made by any third parties designated by the Insurer according to the current laws of Ukraine. The Insurer informed the Insured (Insured Person) about its rights defined by the Ukrainian Law of Protection of Personal Data, and that its personal data will be included into the Insurer’s personal data base. The Insurer (Insured Person) shall immediately give notice to the Insurer about changes in its personal data.
