This Oklahoma Conservation Commission Telework Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into between the Oklahoma Conservation Commission (“Commission”) and (“Employee”). This Agreement may be amended as necessary and shall remain in effect until the earlier of termination of this Agreement by the Commission in its sole discretion or by the Employee or until the Employee is no longer employed by the Commission.
