HOUSING LICENSE AGREEMENTHousing License Agreement • October 2nd, 2019
This Housing License Agreement is incorporated in and is binding as part of the 2020 - 2021 Nichols College Residence Contract. In accepting assignment to a residence hall or apartment, the student agrees to live in college housing for the remainder of the academic year, to participate in one of the designated meal plans, and to comply with the terms and conditions of residence incorporated into this License Agreement. Parent or legal guardian signature is required on the Housing License Agreement if the student is under 18 years of age at the time of signing.
