The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) constitute an integral part of every Order of goods placed by INVENIO QD Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Tychy, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” and apply to the obligations of the addressee of the Order - the other Party of the sales agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”
