THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and among the Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation, an Indiana non-profit corporation (the “Corporation”), the City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission authorized and existing pursuant to Ind.
