The Letter of Commitment is to serve the benefit of all parties: the participant, the club, and North Country Region (NCR). As one of 40 Regions of USA Volleyball, NCR adheres to USA Volleyball’s guidelines and policies on membership requirements which includes a Code of Conduct and safety requirements of adults working with minor age athletes. The Letter of Commitment may be utilized by NCR – USA Volleyball registered clubs for the current season.
