and the DIMAN TEACHERS ASSOCIATION, INC. acknowledge that the Committee has complete authority over policies and administration of the school which it exercises by law and that the vehicle of collective bargaining will provide the teachers with a better opportunity to bring their knowledge and experience to bear on matters of professional concern together with that of the Committee with the goal of assisting in solving the growing problems inherent in the advancement of vocational-technical education.
