The Parties agree to fulfill their respective obligations as set out in this Agreement and implement the Sub-Project described in Annex A, in accordance with related Annexes B and C, as well as the Financial and Programme Arrangements as set out in Appendix 1, Standards of Conduct as set out in Appendix 2, and other agreed conditions.
