THIS MASTER CONTRACT, and amendments and supplements thereto, is between the State of Minnesota, acting through its Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, on behalf of the System Office (hereinafter MINNESOTA STATE), and INSERT CONTRACTOR’S LEGAL NAME AND FULL ADDRESS, an independent contractor, not an employee of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter CONTRACTOR).
