This Amendment to the Progressive Design-Build Contract (“Amendment”) is entered into effective between the City of Bend, Oregon (“City”) and K&E Excavating/Hamilton Construction Joint Venture (“Design-Builder”) and amends the Progressive Design-Build Contract Murphy Corridor Improvements Project between City and Design-Builder dated January 7, 2019.
