This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 21, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), between Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. (“WCS”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with offices at 5471 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33067 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and WCS may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
