INTRODUCTION. This conservation easement agreement is made the day of , 2021, between PROPERTY OWNER, as GRANTOR of a conservation easement (hereafter referred to as the “Grantor”), and the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation, as GRANTEE of the conservation easement (hereafter referred to as the “Grantee”). This conservation easement agreement is entered for the purpose of preserving the PROPERTY NAME, a building that is important culturally and historically.
