This Agreement Between Contra Costa County Flood Control & Water Conservation District and American Rivers, Inc., For The Three Creeks Parkway Restoration Project (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by the Contra Costa County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, a body corporate and politic created under laws of the State of California (“District”), and American Rivers, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under laws of the District of Columbia (“American Rivers”). The parties hereto may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
