Each of the undersigned (“I/ We” or “Applicant”) wishes to become obtain a membership for The Birch Racquet and Lawn Club (the “Club”) and agrees to the following terms, rules and conditions contained or referenced in this Membership Application and Agreement (this “Agreement”). Upon the Club’s issuance of a membership, I/we shall be a “Member” of the Club, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
