This Contract is entered into between , a motor vehicle dealer operating under South Carolina Dealer License Number , hereinafter referred to as the Participating Dealer, and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, and hereinafter referred to as the SCDMV. This contractual period will begin on the date it has been signed by both parties and remain in effect as long as the Participating Dealer continues to conduct Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) business with SCDMV as specified in the Electronic Vehicle Registration Program Standards.
