Fairbanks School of Public Health (FSPH) and the Polis Center at IUPUI (Polis). Formed with support from the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (I-CTSI), its mission is to help build the capacity of hospitals, local health departments, and community-based organizations to improve the health of Indiana communities, by translating knowledge generated by the academy and by communities into improved and sustainable processes for understanding and effecting community health.
