This Algorithm as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the individual or entity entering this Agreement (“Customer” or “you”) and Lumina SAAS Operations, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, 4110, Tampa, Florida 33602 (“Lumina”), for provision of the Services (hereafter defined). By clicking “I ACCEPT LUMINA’S TERMS OF SERVICE & SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT” when registering for an account, ordering, and/or receiving the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Subscription Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior proposal, representation, understanding, or agreement between you and Lumina with respect to the Services.
