This Agreement is by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., d/b/a AT&T SOUTH CAROLINA (“Telco”) and Total Communication Systems, Inc. (“Carrier”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for Interconnection for a Commercial Mobile Radio Services provider under Sections 251 and 252 of the Act.
