This contract, including any attached addenda, if applicable, (“Contract”) is intended to address and contain all of the terms, parameters, guidelines, and expectations that must be met by any provider of services to any and all children under the care and responsibility of the County of Stafford’s Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT). In order for this Contract to be valid and enforceable, it must be signed by the Stafford County Human Services Director, the provider, and a witness of the provider’s signature.
