date set forth below, by and between the Arizona Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”), acting on behalf of the Arizona Department of Housing (“ADOH”), and the lending institution executing this Agreement (a “Lender”) in connection with the origination of qualified first-lien mortgage loans under the “Home Plus” Mortgage Loan Program (the “Program”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
