This Standard Grant Agreement is entered into by the International Organization for Migration, a related organization of the United Nations, acting through its Office in Italy, Via L. G. Faravelli, Casale Strozzi Superiore, 00195, Rome, Italy, represented by Laurence Hart, Chief of Mission, (“IOM”) and XXX, a National Civil Society Organization, Via XXX Italy, represented by XXX, XXX, (“Grant Recipient”). IOM and the Grant Recipient are also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
