This Appendix E to Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Contract Number DIR-TSO-3923, referenced as Software License Agreement (“Agreement”), is in effect upon the Effective Date of DIR Contract Number DIR-TSO- 3923. This Agreement is by and between MICROPACT GLOBAL, INC., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 12901 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20170 (“MicroPact”) and Licensee. This Agreement is comprised of) (two) 2 different Sections: (1) Section A (License Terms and Conditions); and (2) Section B (General Terms and Conditions); The parties (MicroPact and/or Licensee) are referred to herein individually as Party or collectively as Parties.
