This contract will serve as the agreement between you and Bard College at Simon’s Rock (“the College”) that you acknowledge the specifics of the trip as outlined in the attached pages, and that you agree to uphold the college standards of conduct as outlined in the Student Handbook 2015-­‐2016 at the college you attend (Simon’s Rock, Bard College, or Marist College).
