The “Environmental Obligors” are GWL 20 EAST HALSEY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), with its principal place of business at 60 Hempstead Avenue, Suite 718, West Hempstead, New York 11552 and GTJ REIT, INC., a Maryland corporation, with its principal place of business at 60 Hempstead Avenue, Suite 718, West Hempstead, New York 11552 (the “Carveout Obligor”).
