(“Salient”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 180 International Drive, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801, and Bovie Medical Corporation (“Bovie”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 734 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, New York 11747 (the “Agreement”). Medtronic and Salient are collectively referred to hereinafter as “Plaintiffs”, and Medtronic, Salient, and Bovie are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”.
