This Agreement for Construction Services entered into as of the District’s execution date (“Effective Date”), by and between the Foothill-De Anza Community College District, a Community College District of the State of California, hereinafter called “Owner” and , hereinafter called “Contractor.” Each of Owner and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
