The services provided by or through iSuncrowd Limited(“The company/Tidebit”), (together, "TIDEBIT" or "we", "us" or "our") cover dealings in physically settled spot transactions involving cryptographic currencies ("Digital Assets") and foreign exchange, together with derivatives such as futures, options and contracts for differences and any relevant strategies and combinations with or without spot transactions(if any or any in the future). A derivative is a financial contract whose value is designed to track the return on or is derived from currencies, interest rates, securities, digital assets and currencies, bonds, money market instruments, agricultural and energy products, metals and other commodities, financial instruments, reference indices or other benchmarks.
