This Contract for Professional Services (the “Contract”) is by and between the County of Genesee, a Michigan Municipal Corporation, whose principal place of business is located at 1101 Beach Street, Flint, Michigan 48502 (the “County”), and Terry Wisner, Partners To Success, LLC, whose principal place of business is located at P.O. Box 328 Grand Blanc, MI 48480 (the “Contractor”) (the County and the Contractor together, the “Parties”).
