Waiver Description: CS 01 Delivery of Health Visiting Services Name of Contractor: Bromley Healthcare CIC Ltd Reason for Waiver (please include details of all dates/timelines and timetables where applicable): This contract replaces the previous sub-contracting arrangement with Bromley Healthcare CIC for the delivery of the Health Visiting Service. A partnership agreement has also been put in place to set out the partnership arrangement between the Royal Greenwich Children’s Centres and Health Visiting Provider. The arrangement allows for a smooth transition for families and staff, the latter of which will remain employed by Bromley Healthcare and would experience no changes as a result of this decision. It will also ensure the delivery of the continued vision through the development of the partnership agreement to integrated quality assurance and joint working.
