This Terms of Purchase Agreement is made by and between the Issuer/Platform operator and the Token Holder (hereinafter referred to as “NFT Buyer”/“You/Your/Yours”). The issuer is the creator and owner of certain Real-World Asset or Assets (RWA) and wishes to create and issue Non-Fungible tokens (NFTs) representing ownership rights in the RWA. You desire to purchase and own a specific NFT issued by the Issuer as described in Exhibit A attached hereto these terms.
