The terms and conditions detailed herein (“Agreement”) apply to your (“Customer”) purchase from National Instruments Japan Corporation (“NIJ”) of hardware manufactured by National Instruments Corporation (“NI”) or NI’s affiliates (“Hardware”), licenses to use software manufactured by NI or NI’s affiliates (“Software”), and Non- NI Branded Products (collectively the “Product(s)"), as well as training, services, and support related to Hardware and Software ("Services").
