IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY: This End-User Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Corporate Training Technologies, Inc. ("CTT') for use of the Software product identified on Exhibit A attached hereto which includes computer software and associated media and printed and electronic materials (collectively, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, discontinue use of the Software and promptly return the unused Software to the distributor from whom you purchased the Software. The Software is the property of CTT or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. While CTT continues to own the Software, you will have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this Agreement.
