Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Contractor Name, having its principal place of business at Contractor Address (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
