This Agreement, together with any Schedule(s) and accompanying documents, as amended from time to time, sets out the terms of the contract between the client (hereafter the “Client”, “you”, “your”) (which may be a legal entity or a natural person) who has completed the Account Application Form and HTFX (EU) LTD (hereafter the “HTFX (EU) LTD”, “Company”, “us” or “we”).
