THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective as of April 2, 2012 or upon the date that the final required signature is obtained by the State, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sect. 16C.05, subd. 2, whichever occurs later, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2014, or until all obligations set forth in this Grant Contract have been satisfactorily fulfilled, or the Grant Contract has been cancelled, whichever occurs first, and is between City of Delano, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (the “Public Entity”), and the Department of Natural Resources, 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155 (the “DNR”).
