REVOLVING CREDIT LOAN AGREEMENT dated as of November 21, 2003 by and among Harvard Bioscience, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”) and the Lenders from time to time party hereto, including Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (both in its capacity as a “Lender” and in its capacity as “Agent” for itself and the other Lenders), and Fleet National Bank (as a “Lender” and, collectively with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. the “Lenders”).
