This Affordable Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Habitat for Humanity of Taos Inc., 504 Salazar Road, Taos, New Mexico, 87571, a not for profit corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of New Mexico (hereinafter "the Qualifying Grantee") for an affordable housing project proposed by the Qualifying Grantee in the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Project” or "the Project"), and the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Town” or "the Town"), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of New Mexico.
