This FIREWORKS DISPLAY AGREMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this 27th day of February, 2014 by and between the City of O’Fallon, Missouri, a municipal corporation, having its principal offices at 100 N. Main Street, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366 (the “City”), and Extreme Pyrotechnics LLC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, having its principal offices at 7233 Pecan Court, Mansfield, Texas 76063 (the “Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
