This Business Membership and Account Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the responsibilities concerning accounts owned by a business or organization account owner (“Account Owner”) and DFCU Financial (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you,” “your,” and “yours” mean the Account Owner and each person signing a Business Account Application (“Business Account Application”).The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more share or other accounts you have with the Credit Union.
