This is a lease for the rental of a Willamette University apartment according to the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions for the Apartment Lease. The University and its staff are authorized to act on behalf of Willamette University for all services rendered. In consideration for the payment of rent and meal plan costs (optional for apartment residents). The execution of this lease by the student and/or guarantor without modification, and delivery of it to Housing & Conferences constitutes acceptance thereof for the entire term of the lease.
