THIS DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (“DPA”) to the Agreement is entered into as of the Addendum Effective Date by and between GREAS CHRMS, Inc. (“ GREAS CHRMS”), a Delaware corporation with its principal business address at 7250 Dallas Parkway, Suite 400, Plano, TX 75024 (“ Vendor”); and the customer (“ Customer”), together the “ Parties” and each a “ Party.”
