The Board recognizes the Newport Support Staff NSS/NEA/NH for purposes of Collective negotiations according to RSA 273-A as the exclusive representative for the support staff of the Newport School District, certified by the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board. The units of the Support Staff shall include Library Para-Educators, Special Education Para-Educators, Instructional Para-Educators, and Secretaries/Administrative Assistants.
