The Customer means the person or legal entity with whom Atlantek Computers Limited makes, has made or is deemed to have made this agreement for the provision to such person or Legal Entity of “the Broadband Services” and also means a person or legal entity to which such service has been or is being provided. The term “Customer” refers to the individual or entity who subscribes to “the Broadband Services” provided by Atlantek Computers Limited. In the case where the Customer is a person, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, are legally able to enter into contracts and are responsible for this Customer subscrib
