This Framework Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 13, 2018, by and between Yixin Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Laws of Cayman Islands (“Yixin”), and Yusheng Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Laws of Cayman Islands (the “Company”). Each of Yixin and the Company is referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
