By installing or using the System (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). You agree that you are the end- user of the System and you represent that you are of legal age and are authorized to enter into this EULA on behalf of yourself and any person to whom you grant access to the System.
