This Order Form #1 (“Order Form”) is entered into on [DATE] (the “Effective Date”) between Roq.ad GmbH, Taubenstraße 26, 10117 Berlin, Germany, and its Affiliates (“Roqad”), and the Customer listed above (“Customer”). The Roqad Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) includes and incorporates the above Order Form, as well as the attached Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). There shall be no force or effect to any different terms of any related purchase order or similar form even if signed by the parties after the Effective Date.
